Used for production of HV insulators with extremely high quality and purity requirements as well as for production of very large products, the Vacuum Casting process uses solid epoxy resin which is heated up to a liquid state and mixed with hardener and Aluminum oxide filler. The epoxy mix is then poured in pre-heated molds in a large vacuum oven and cured in the molds. Motic Electric strong expertise in process control allows manufacturing insulators which satisfy the highest quality standards. Six stand-alone mixing/casting stations with vacuum oven are available in our factory to allow for high flexibility in our production.
