Liquid Silicon Casting (LSR)

Motic Electric realizes silicon cushioning of Vacuum Interrupter (VI) using Liquid Silicon Rubber (LSR) injection molding process. The silicon rubber is injected under pressure in a preheated for vulcanization around the vacuum bottle. Motic Electric uses 3 vertical casting presses and one high pressure horizontal press for LSR casting.
